Institutional Support and Development

We provide targeted technical assistance to strengthen public institutions, government bodies, and organizations. Our institutional support services span policy development, legal and regulatory reform, strategic planning, organizational development, and capacity assessments, with a focus on sustainability and local ownership. Our team has a proven track record of supporting high-impact policy and planning instruments at federal and state levels. Notable contributions include: the Somali National Climate Finance Strategy (NCFS) and review of National Climate Finance Policy, where we provided substantive technical support including stakeholder engagement for NCFS development and review of the National Climate Finance Policy, ensuring alignment with international mechanisms and domestic fiscal frameworks; the Galmudug State Transformation Plan (G-STP), where we supported the development of Galmudug’s strategic vision for governance, service delivery, security, and economic development, facilitating consultations and providing technical drafting; the Banadir Regional Reconciliation Strategy, to which we contributed to the design and development to strengthen social cohesion and build sustainable peace; and the Review of the Jubaland Notary Act, where we provided stakeholder engagement support. These engagements demonstrate our ability to operate across complex institutional and political landscapes, delivering high-quality technical outputs while fostering inclusive, participatory processes that build legitimacy and local buy-in.
