Training and Capacity Development

We design and implement customized training and capacity development programs. Our comprehensive approach addresses technical skills, organizational systems, processes, and culture through capacity assessments, training manual development, and session facilitation. Our expertise spans security, governance, conflict sensitivity, peacebuilding, project management, financial accountability, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), and climate resilience. We leverage adult learning principles and participatory methodologies including workshops, simulations, coaching, peer learning, and on-the-job mentorship to ensure practical, contextually relevant, and immediately applicable learning outcomes. We conduct thorough training needs assessments to inform targeted interventions. Following delivery, we evaluate knowledge transfer and skill application. We also support the development of institutional training systems including curricula, manuals, facilitation guides, and competency frameworks to ensure sustainable results and that capacity development outlasts our direct engagement.
